Express yourself if your want your life to be exciting. Change your frequency.

When you love your life your frequency adjusts to collaborations and cooperation. Your frequency sends out the signal on Express yourselfnon-physical level affecting the physical. Just like receiving a signal on your mobile phone while you are travelling. There is nothing mystical about mobile phone frequency any more than the frequency you send out. When you are out of range, your signal is distorted or even un-contactable.

Your life and emotions are like that signal. You or some people around you can be unreachable or un-contactable due to being out of range of your signal.

This distortion creates a clash of signals within each one of you. The result is split in relationships both in business, intimacy, family and globally.

Reset your frequency by how you express yourself.

When you you flow effortlessly, you express yourself through actions you take. These actions are showing you how your thoughts are influencing your distinctions. How excited are you about your life. When you put up with things in your life you are stagnating. Stagnation is how you express yourself right now. Recognise that. When you stagnate, you hurt. 

An example of how you may express yourself in a way that hurts.

Last night, an acquaintance called me up to complain about his life and how much pain he is in. He began toExpress yourself say “I just spent three and a half hours at the hospital, I’m waiting for the doctors to tell me what is wrong with me.” Then he went on to say “they want me to go to another hospital to have more tests done”.

Now, he and I have had this conversation a number of times. Whenever he complained, I would ask him. “What are you eating,?” and “have you been for a walk in that beautiful property you are living on?”

His reply is always that he is too busy or his feet hurt too much when he walks. That is valid and I accept this. When you have had injuries either physical, mental or emotional, your body will hurt. The best way to heal is to move, do something different. Find what you love doing.

It is advisable that you see a doctor when something is wrong. Always be sure you get all the facts. But there is no better healer than nature and walking in nature. Trees, grass earth air water are our life support system. But rarely do we consider getting closer to them. Then we wonder why we are sick.

Getting back to the story of this acquaintance. I suggested he do a castor oil pack to help his back pain and his digestion. He has had his gallbladder out in last nine months as well, so castor oil pack would help with scar tissue. What I did make clear is that he not just take my word but do his own research. In my experience, often illness is result of ignoring basic things we need to do to be healthy. When you exercise you help with illumination of both physical toxins and emotional and psychological issues.

Express yourself by exercising outdoors where possible. This brings you into contact with natures elements.

This shifts your focus giving you broader and deeper appreciation of the world you live in. Also it gives an opportunity to get out of the stuckness of reliving your problem. Give yourself a break from your trauma and drama.

What does how you express yourself have to do with Tantra?

Tantra is about weaving all element of life that define us. It’s important that you include only that serves your expression of goodness and bliss. When you find yourself in a difficult situation, and in life this is a guarantee; see what positive action you can take to change that situation. This is how you grow and learn how to express yourself in a more beneficial way towards your family and friends. When you learn how to express yourself differently, you become a positive example to your family and friends. This in-itself is joy and bliss.

There is no greater joy than to bringing joy to others who in turn express their gratitude towards you for being this magnificent beacon of light for them.

This is white tantra philosophy.

I encourage you to listen to how my clients expressed themselves during their appointment so you can get an idea of bliss truly feels like. Different stories reflect the fact that every one has their own unique path despite their being over six billion people on this planet. Your job is to express yourself in your unique way that links you to joy of others.

Now back to this acquaintance. If he did his own research, ate better, walked no matter how much it hurt. His pain would lessen, he would feel more alive no matter his diagnosis. You can feel and express joy regardless of circumstance.

Do not let circumstance define you. You define the circumstance by how you express yourself.

(why do I say that? because I personally have experienced major injuries and healed them. That does not mean that I did not feel pain. I flooded pain with bliss and joy. You do not need to wait for joy or bliss. You can call it in under any circumstance, it is not a pretence or it wont work. It has to be genuine and authentic. It is not manufactured. Your body and mind knows the difference between fake and genuine expression.
