Your Sweet Spot

Your Sweet Spot in your personal life is the foundation for every aspect of your life.

When you bring Your Sweet Spot into your home, that Your sweet spotthen flows into every aspect of your life. Personal image of who you are is your sweet spot. Touching everything around you differently is your opportunity to make a new impression on yourself. This takes some practice that you enjoy because you begin to see results immediately. First person you want to impress is you. Finally you have permission to do that. You have been conditioned to impress everyone else by giving up your identity. When you impress yourself by connecting beyond your center that is the time you feel authentic. Your sweet spot softens what we refer to as ego.  Ego is that part of you that is in pain and seeking attention because that part of you has been neglected or made wrong.

Recognise pain of your soul.

It is the pain of your soul and your spirit expressing itself through actions and words that may feel harsh, angry, self absorbed or showing up as emotional pain and sorrow. That is part of you that feels lost and unappreciated. When translated through mind and body your souls message becomes distorted.

When you stop conforming, and begin flowing, your sweet spot BECOMES honest self expression.

First thing you need to do is allow yourself to feature as lead actor in your life.

You are not an extra. You are the creator of your environment.

Express yourself as the human. Learn to enjoy the simple things in life in an extraordinary way that you have taken for granted. Pleasure and connection to your next drink of water as spirit and soul. Everything in life has spiritWhen you touch your bed, your clothes, even your computer or Ipad with attention and care.  When you connect, everything in life changes and begins to caress you. I don’t mean you get weird in any way.

Find Your Sweet Spot and your ego will begin to calm and express itself in actions that nurture you and people around you that count.

When you take yourself out of a social norm you begin to see you. The programmed version of you. You get to see even one else is programming far more clearly including yours. That is your sweet Spot. Your sweet spot is when you see the world is exactly as. Yet with with a smile on your face without being disturbed. You see yourself living without the burden of programming. Because being programmed means remembering someone else’s idea of what you should be doing. The world is filled with events of people misinterpreting in people competing for position in spirituality in working relationships. It’s all about competition. When you’re competing are not certain of yourself. When you certain of yourself there is no need to compete. You stand out in the crowd is a complete being not been prepared to anybody else. And this is the sweet spot in the two finding you.

Awareness comes while you continue to do everything at the same pace as you always do.

The difference this time is that you are beginning to pay attention. As you do that, become conscious of where your breath sits in your body. You have been conditioned to having lots of content. Now you really want to begin to practice connecting with everything while combined with breath consciousness and feel the difference. From that space of awareness you begin your awareness of where you stand. How you stand. Whether you have any say around these people. You begin consciously to identify with the quality of relationships around you.

Some may make you uncomfortable as you begin to recognise that you are just going with someone else’s flow and that they do not permit your flow. Or you may be rigid controlling others and until now you were not aware of the impact this has on your friendships and on your lover.

This is where you know you are in Your Sweet Spot.

  1. You’l notice you stand and sit taller without effort.
  2. Food will taste meaningful, seems ridiculous giving taste meaning but when you feel and taste your food on that level you bring consistency into life.
  3. You become proactive when you are in your sweet spot.

When you find Your Sweet Spot, that place is your measure of where your spirit and soul merge.

When you are proactive your ego softens and feels heard and significant. Many are trying to get rid of ego without knowing what ego is and when and why it becomes a problem. Lets not mess with the messenger. Your ego’s behaviour is a measure of where you are in connection to how you live. Your ego lets you know when you are in a place that is displacing you. When you ignore what your ego tells you then it begins to force it’s issue. My message is – continue to connect with your sweet spot and you’ll love every part of you and so will people who you care about.
