What Is Important – How do you know what is important? Where do you begin to understand that it is the absence of total soul presence. This is leaving you feeling empty. Begin by asking different questions.

Developing awareness of what we know and what we do not know is the foundation of a fulfilling life.
Awareness cannot be reached through intellectual understanding but only through the experience that becomes your wisdom.
When all confusion disappears you ride the wave of ecstasy unconfined – mindless (your mind is free to enjoy as the rest of the body plays in joy).

When the body and soul are living in harmony then we can begin to engage more with our spirit.

Man cannot be without a woman and woman cannot be without a man.
When we are separate we feel cold towards the world the desire to merge with male and female part of our own being.
As we find that inner connection we then know how to merge with our lover.
When we have had enough of experiences of darkness (this too is part of essential spiritual growth) we are ready to study the sincerity of pleasure.

Until now you were mostly in the system when we are in a system we are in prison.

Yet you don’t know we are in prison because you have not tasted freedom.
You feel you are free, simply because until you let go of the restraints that have been part of your life till now.
You do not know you are restrained.
When you let go of holding back, manipulating resisting; that change shows up as fulfilling relationships in every aspect of life, including finances.

It seems he must think of more things to do.
This creates division and separation, the exact opposite of what healthy sex is meant to do.

Give your brain a holiday.

All you want as a man for a change is to feel more love and more caring consciously – not as a manipulation to reaction, so can just receive rather that just follow instructions.
Giving is great, and it is a turn on for the man.
Following systems keeps you trapped in the head and separate from pleasure.

The ego needs to have an opportunity to develop, evolve and grow and experience all of life.
This is in vast contrast to popular new age understanding.
All great Buddha’s have loved their ego.
When people who drop their ego, do that superficially because it is not fully developed therefore they do not really feel.
Ego needs to learned and accepted and lived only then one can let it go.

As a two year old, a window to the world of exotic experiences began to be revealed in a land of intrigue and magic.
As a European growing up in Asia, I was fascinated at the differences in how we looked, our appearance, the languages spoken, the food, the culture.
Within the culture there were layers of awareness and beliefs.
Each region was unique in their beliefs.

Even as a toddler I loved true stories especially when they were shared among adults.

As I grew up, we moved to Australia these stories bothered me because they were so real but I had no proof apart from feeling the feeling they spoke about.
But what they spoke about these people were not living those experience, they were just talking about them.
I love to really know.

When we are are separate we cannot support one another, you are me and I am you, this is the foundation of Tantra.

When the flower is separated from the plant the flower dies, when we separate the trees from the earth the earth dies.
When we try to separate from our ego we are in separation, when we focus on separating anything we manipulating before we know what we are separating.

Life abundance is when we feel the whole universe as part of us.

What we can see we do not resist, we flow with the flow of energy we are connected to.
Feel the flame of aliveness, when you feel love you feel connected to everything including joy of being in love with the whole.

Life is fuller that is the foundation of Taoist approach.
We now begin to live in polarity that is in cooperation, life is no longer opposition, never postpone pleasure till to tomorrow.
Only foolish people postpone or study resistance and separation, aware people study connection they are wise living in the now.
