Eggnog Recipe

Eggnog Recipe Healthy way to enjoy the benefits of egg fats and proteins.

  • 300 grams organic Rapadura Sugar
  • 1 Litre organic full cream milk
  • 1 cup best organic full cream available
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg 4-6 whole eggs
  • sprinkle of freshly ground cinnamon
  • vanilla extract to taste (approx 1/2 tsp)
  • blend
  • ready to enjoy
  • 2 tsp raw (cold filtered honey for digestion)

The brain is 60% fatty tissue. Fatty tissue absorbs toxins. AAjonus discovered for himself that concentrations of toxins are in bone marrow, fatty tissues in the body and in the brain.

When we have raw eggs, he discovered the fats in the egg yolk assisted in attracting toxins out of the brain. Further when he added cultured butter and fresh cream from the cow, this further absorbed the toxins out of the organs. These were then released through bowel movement.
